There are many conditions and settings when creating Event emails. Sometimes there are hundreds of different filters needed to support the required Enfesys process. To make it easier to control the setup, you can download an Excel file that shows the number for Alerts that will be triggered per Event and User if the Events are set to Active, based on the data in the project.
To download the Excel file, click the button shown in the image below. When you click this button, the system processes all Events to find the number of Alerts that will be sent to respective users based on the data in the project.
This way no Event emails are being triggered; the system just processes the Events “internally” for creating the Excel file.
