System Level Report User administration

In the System level Report user administration page the users across all projects can be seen in one place, from here you can remove a user from a project. If removed, a user connected to a system level user group and a project the user will be deleted from all the projects where the system level group is used. An information message will be displaying from which projects the user will be removed.

Here we see the system level Report user administration page where you see an overview of all your users in all the projects.

Here we see how to remove a user from a project, if the user is connected to a system level group user will be removed from all the projects where the group is present to keep constancy between the users and the system level user groups in all the projects.

Copy Report User direct link

To login as any Report user without knowing the password by copying a “direct” link for a specific Report user. The direct link is valid for single use, if there is a need to login as the user again, simply copy a new direct link.

To copy a direct link enter the system level Report user page which list every Report Users from all the project. In this page find the relevant user and use the Copy direct link option.

• The copied link is valid for a one-time login only.
• The browsers are not allowing you to be logged-in with multiple accounts simultaneously in the same session, we recommend pasting the link in another browser. In that way, you may access 2 accounts at the same time.
