Import data file Overview

To import data from a local file on your computer:

1. Click the Import data file button

2. Choose between SPSS sav file, Triple-S or Excel/CSV

3. Click the browse button

4. Select the file on your device and click Open



The import settings menu opens.

5. Follow the steps in SPSS sav file, Triple-S or Excel/CSV. depending on what you selected in Step 2.

Activation

To activate data batches:

1. Select the data batch by clicking the checkbox to the left

2. Click the Apply Activations button.

You can also utilize the search function in each column to find specific batches.

Delete Case and Meta data

Data can be deleted only in inactive data batches.

To delete data, click the Delete data button:

By clicking the arrow at the top-right, you can:

• Delete all inactivated input variable data

• Delete all action data

• Delete meta data & case data

If the batch you are trying to delete contains input data connected to respondents, you have the option to delete it by clicking the Delete input data for the selected respondents button.
