1: What is Question Tagging?
Question tags can be used to search for questions more efficiently in the questions page. Question tags can be manually added, or imported via meta data from Forsta Plus Surveys or the Data Import API.
2: Enabling the Question Tags Column
The first step is to enable the "Question tags" column.
To enable the question tags column:
1. Click the Columns icon.
2. Tick the Tags checkbox.
The "Tags" column will appear on the Questions page:

3: Adding your First Tag
To add your first tag:
1. Within the tags column, click inside the field next to the question you wish to tag.

2. Type the tag name (suggestions may appear based on tags that already exist).
3. Press the Enter key.
4: Adding Multiple Tags
To add multiple tags:
1. Within the tags column, click the first tag you added.
2. Inside the "New tag" field, type the tag name.
3. Press the Enter key.
4. Repeat as necessary.
5: Deleting Tags
To delete a tag:
1. Within the tags column, click any of the existing tags.
2. Click the X next to the tag you wish to delete.
3. Press the Delete button.

6: Bulk Updating Tags
On the Download/Upload Meta data page, it is possible to bulk update tags.
1. Enter the Download/Upload Meta data page.
2. Tick the Questions and Answers checkbox.
3. Beneath Include Variable Settings, click the Yes button.

6.1: Survey Designer Question Tagging
In Forsta Plus Surveys created in Survey Designer, tags are defined in the Question Category field. This is located in the question properties page.
