How Does Stacked Data Appear in a Respondent Table?

If the Respondent table contains variables from a stacked data file you can select if the non-stacked variable cells should be merged or not. In the first image below you see the setting for selecting which layout option to be used, the second image shows two examples, the left table shows the merged layout and the right table a non-merged layout.
