The layout of the Data Fields in the Form report is flexible and can contain the following options to select during the setup:
- Type of selection list (drop down list, check boxes, selection box)
- Text size and Text color
- Font
- Header position (left or above)
- Support for adding own header instead of using the Variable text as header
