The ability to export your data exists on administrate side of Forsta Visualizations. Data can be exported to a syntax or SPSS file with the option to have a dot or Comma delimiter.
Note: The Approval page and related logic is removed from the system to streamline the process. Raw data export is now available without any approvals.
Exports can be scheduled too. This option appears if you click on Export schedules, see image below:
Here you can setup the selected schedule settings and save this for the next time.
When exporting raw data the stacked and the standard data cannot be merged into a single file due to the different structures of the data. In this first version of the stacked data support only the standard data will be exported when using the raw data export functionality, in the near future support for exporting the stacked data in separate data files will be added.
When exporting to ftp maximum length of the path is 50 characters and whitespaces are not allowed.
Multiples will be dichotomized in spss export, all having answer 1 in the data. Once you use a scheduled csv export, it will use the answer code from the multiple itself. Here you see the examples:

SPSS Export and Looped Data Support
Looped/stacked data can be included in raw data exports to SPSS .SAV files. Each loop is exported in a separate file.
The image below shows the data export page, with the option to include the looped data when the export type is set to “SPSS file”. Note that this option is not available when export type is “Syntax”.
The second image shows an example of an export from a project with two loops, the compressed folder contains a main file with non-looped variables and one file per loop.
