StoryTeller has improved the significance testing between series in charts and tables, allowing for more complex comparisons when using text matching between series.
Users can now specify which parts of the labels to use for the text match by selecting one of the following options: "Last label" (the previous and default option), "Visible label" (a new option), or "Full label" (another new option).
The "Full label" option includes all levels of labels, including hidden levels, and can be used to provide context and additional detail about the data.
Examples and use cases for each option are provided in the article.
This text matching logic is also applicable to charts with multiple series. Users can enable "Show table" in the chart setup to more easily see the label structure.
